Our client, a global insurance group is hiring customer service advisor to support in their customer service team. Interested parties who are experience in either call centre, telemarketing, insurance are welcome to apply.

Responsibility:

  • To communicate and handle enquiries of customers from in-bound calls and emails
  • To provide excellent customer service by exceeding customer expectations
  • To achieve department service standards for calls, emails, new business and claims

Requirement:

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in call centre or customer service environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills on phone manner
  • Team player
  • Have IIQE 1,2 have added advantage
  • Proficient in spoken & written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
