- To communicate and handle enquiries of customers from in-bound calls and emails
- To provide excellent customer service by exceeding customer expectations
- To achieve department service standards for calls, emails, new business and claims
- 1 to 2 years of experience in call centre or customer service environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills on phone manner
- Team player
- Have IIQE 1,2 have added advantage
- Proficient in spoken & written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
