Earlier this year, Randstad formed a global HR services industry alliance with Manpower and Adecco, which was led by World Employment Confederation (WEC), to support a safe return to work for workers and organisations globally. Businesses across all industries around the world have free and full digital access to safety protocols, checklists and HR policies to bring their employees safely back to the workplaces.
As part of an initiative from the Randstad Innovation Fund, Randstad has also introduced a Digital Toolkit that gives clients access to more than 20 digital recruitment and HR solutions, with priority given to companies in the frontline and essential businesses. The digital products support virtual interviews, onboarding, performance, psychometrics and skills assessment as well as automating HR administration processes to help our clients quickly digitise their workforce management operations, or manage their workforce and talent remotely.
