28 MARCH 2023 – Randstad – the world’s largest talent company – announced a new executive appointment in Greater China to help further accelerate the impact that Randstad can have on the working lives of people around the world.
Natellie Sun is appointed in a new role as Managing Director of Greater China. This is an internal promotion from her role as Managing Director for Search and Selection of Randstad Greater China which Natellie successfully served in since 2020.
In her new position, Sun will continue partnering with different business units to drive Randstad’s growth in permanent recruitment, contracting and payroll services. Sun will further deepen client relationships and navigate through the highly-dynamic local labour landscape in Greater China.

In her role, Natellie Sun will be reporting directly to Kajetan Slonina, CEO of Randstad Asia Pacific.

With close to 20 years’ experience in Greater China, Natellie leads a multidisciplinary team of highly-specialised and experienced recruitment consultants to support companies in strengthening their employer brands to attract and secure top-tier talent capable of meeting business ambitions and goals. Her tenured experience in talent recruitment and business management is driven by her focus in creating new opportunities and workforce development in a more accessible way. Natellie currently resides in Hong Kong SAR and is bilingual in both English and Mandarin languages.
