The 2021 Randstad Employer Brand Research examines job seekers’ and workers' perceptions of employer brands. It offers an accurate understanding of employee value proposition factors and drivers. This edition is unique as it marks the only global independent research that captures the changes in workforce sentiments before and after the COVID-19 pandemic. This year, 2,630 locally-based employees and job seekers were surveyed in January 2021.
