My client is a sizable organization in Hong Kong. They are recently looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their Finance team. They provide competitive packages and structured career progression.

You will need to …

• Manage daily financial transactions, including verifying and recording accounts payable data.
• Track all payments and expenditures while ensuring compliance with financial policies.
• Facilitate timely payment of invoices by coordinating with clients and suppliers.
• Reconcile accounts payable ledgers to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Respond to vendor inquiries regarding financial matters.
• Prepare financial transactions and conduct bank reconciliations.
• Assist in monthly financial close, focusing on cash flow and payment-related expenses.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above in Finance, Accounting or related discipline
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (preferably with internship experience) or one year of relevant work experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word & Outlook
• Good command of written & spoken English, Chinese, Mandarin
