Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and preparing presentations.
- Maintain accurate records and databases, both physical and electronic.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries.
- Assist with travel arrangements and expense reports.
- Coordinate office supplies and equipment maintenance.
- Provide support for events and meetings, including logistics and coordination.
- Assist with general office duties, such as answering phones, greeting visitors, and maintaining a tidy workspace.
- Contribute to the efficient operation of the office and assist with ad-hoc tasks as required.
