- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive foot traffic to retail properties.
- Promotional Campaigns: Design and oversee marketing campaigns, promotions, and events to engage customers and increase sales.
- Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
- Collaboration: Work closely with leasing, operations, and management teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
- Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
- Digital Marketing: Spearhead digital marketing efforts, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
- Partnership Development: Establish partnerships with local businesses, influencers, and community organizations to enhance promotional efforts.
- Performance Metrics: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives through KPIs and reporting.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration.
- Customer Engagement: Develop customer loyalty programs and engagement strategies to enhance the overall shopping experience.
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in marketing and promotions, preferably in retail or property management, but open to candidates from consumer goods, luxury and hospitality
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills; proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
- Ability to think strategically and creatively in developing marketing initiatives
- Dynamic and results-oriented leader with a passion for retail and customer experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Proficient in reading, writing and speaking English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
