Our client company is a reputable financial services group with strong global presences. In APAC region, they have strategic presence with decades of history and proven track record of year on year business growth. With continuous business expansion, they are now looking for a new additional headcount to better support their business growth in the Rewards Team.
About the Role
Directly reporting to Rewards Functional Division Head, you will be taking a partnership leadership role in overseeing compensation & benefit and rewards strategies. This role entails working closely with HR teams and leaders to shape policies, utilizing global best practices and technology to consolidate benefits into an unified plan for an exceptional employee experience. Responsibilities include managing compensation processes, ensuring adherence to group guidelines, contributing to compensation structure design, analyzing market data, overseeing regulatory compliance, and managing benefits design and vendor selection. Additionally, the role involves supporting HR analytics delivery, managing recurring HR processes, and leading projects related to Compensation & Benefits programs, technology, governance, and communication.
About the Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, or equivalent experience, exceptional analytical skills (Excel, PowerBI)
- Around 10 years of relevant experiences in sizeable business corporations, prior APAC regional presence is essential
- Demonstrated capacity to cultivate trust among stakeholders, effectively shaping decisions through a deep understanding of business requirements, coupled with adaptability and adept analytical problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication talents, complemented by robust presentation and project management capabilities.
