Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate administrative tasks, including correspondence, calendar management, and scheduling.
Maintain accurate and organized records, both physical and digital.
Assist in the planning and execution of school events, meetings, and activities.
Procure and manage office supplies, ensuring efficient inventory control.
Handle incoming and outgoing communications, providing prompt and professional responses.
Serve as a point of contact for students, parents, and staff, addressing inquiries and providing assistance.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
Support the logistical coordination of school events and activities.
