Lead data science, advanced analytics solutions, promote data-driven decision-making, and collaborate with leadership across functions.
Champion data-driven decision-making by delivering actionable insights through advanced analytics and data science.
Develop and execute a comprehensive analytics strategy to address business challenges and drive outcomes.
Analyze complex datasets to uncover patterns and solutions, leveraging ML/AI techniques.
Lead technology selection and implementation to optimize data systems and analytics capabilities.
Design and deploy scalable, high-impact ML/AI models in cloud environments.
Mentor and lead a team of data scientists and analysts to align with organizational goals.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address analytical gaps across business units.

skills & experiences required.

Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
10+ years of experience in data analytics/data science, delivering business impact.
Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or Scala, and big data tools (e.g., Spark).
Expertise in developing and deploying ML/AI models in cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, Google Cloud).
Proven leadership in managing analytics teams in fast-paced environments.
Strong business acumen, ideally in insurance, with ability to align analytics to strategic goals.
Excellent communication and data storytelling skills for diverse audiences.
