About the Company
Our Client is one of the largest construction main contractor in Hong Kong and their businesses covering a wide spectrum of projects from government, public organisation to large scale private corporations. To cope with current business expansion, they are now looking for an Architectural Designer to facilitate their project expansion and oversee the project implementation.
About the Job
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for the architectural design of the project; assist the Project Manager in the construction planning and coordinate with internal and external parties on project implementation. To ensure the architectural, interior and landscape design work are in compliance with the contractual and statutory requirements; and to attend design meetings, site meetings and inspections of the project.
About the Requirement
- Degree holder or above in Architectural Design or other related disciplines
- 2-3 years relevant working experience, (holder with HKIA will be considered with a more senior position)
- Proficiency in AutoCad, SketchUp, Revit
- Participation of Public housing projects is preferred
- Self motivated, Independent, with great interpersonal and coordination skills
- Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
