A well-known US Asset Manager is looking for a Client Servicing Associate. The role is responsible for providing support to sales and institutional clients. Candidates with good attitude, excellent communication skills and preferably can speak in Korean with 3 years of relevant experience will be considered.
about the job
- Acts as the primary point of contact for client inquiries with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Efficiently responds to client questions regarding products, performance, market conditions, operational issues, legal changes, and more.
- Keeps consistent communication with clients and internal teams to fulfil or surpass client expectations.
- Manages and supervises the preparation of client servicing and prospecting materials, including presentations, RFIs/RFPs, and due diligence questionnaires.
- Oversees the onboarding process for new accounts, coordinating legal, portfolio management, and operational tasks with relevant internal departments.
- Ensures that each phase of the client relationship lifecycle proceeds smoothly.
skills & experiences required
... - Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in client relations, ideally within a buy-side setting.
- Strong communication skills, with a professional and confident attitude
- Self-driven with effective organisational abilities.
- Capable of working under tight deadlines and in high-pressure situations.
- Preferred languages include Korean, English, and Mandarin.
