Execute accounts payable and receivable tasks with precision and efficiency.
Confirm account accuracy by reconciling statements and transactions, ensuring financial records are complete and correct.
Engage with internal and external stakeholders to respond to inquiries, provide necessary information, and resolve any issues.
Work alongside other accounting teams to support various departmental operations on a daily basis.
Track daily cash flow and maintain robust internal controls to protect company assets.
Assist with month-end closing processes.
Support special projects and assignments as needed, including process enhancements and system upgrades.
Address vendor and bank-related issues promptly and professionally, fostering positive relationships.

skills & experiences required.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a similar field.
Solid understanding of accounting principles, practices, and procedures.
At least 2 years of experience in accounting.
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with stakeholders.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
Familiar with month-end closing procedures.
Skilled in managing multiple tasks and prioritising workload efficiently.
