- Formulate brand marketing plan and strategies for specific brands / sales channels in North Asia market
- Identify opportunities, develop and execute marketing activities in line with brand strategy
- Manage new product launch and renovation based on market trend and consumer insights
- Lead key execution to improve business performance including brand communication, media planning, price & promotion planning and NPD development etc.
- Initiate market research and data analysis to deliver powerful consumer insights and translate into effective brand communication. Develop acquisition plan that best fits with consumer journey to create the ultimate consumer experience
