As an Assistant C&B Manager, you will
-Collaborate with cluster HR teams on implementing Group-wide or country-specific rewards programs or initiatives
-Perform annual salary review to ensure external competitiveness and internal equity
-Keep abreast of market trends and evaluate the effectiveness of existing compensation and benefits programs in support of business growth
-Support the review and upkeep of policies/procedures in compliance with local statutory legislation
-Support middle and senior managers in communicating KPIs to their teams and in setting performance goals that align with business objectives
-Effectively communicate performance management programs and policies to staff, clarifying how performance will be assessed, rewarded, or developed
Monitor and assess the effectiveness of the performance management system and communication strategies, using data and feedback to drive continuous improvementskills & experiences required.
-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
-Minimum of 5 years of experience in rewards management, with a clear track record of success in developing and delivering effective reward programs
-Knowledge of global rewards principles and practices, including compensation structures, incentive plans, and recognition programs
-Candidates with regional experience, encompassing China market would be an advantage
-Experience in managing and implementing compensation and benefits strategies in a multi-national company
-Proven ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization and across regions
-Strong analytical & critical thinking skills, ability to interpret and produce high quality, accurate information, and data insights
-Strong project management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
-Results oriented, strong interpersonal skills, team player who can function effectively and independently in a fast-paced dynamic environment
-Ability to work with ambiguity and operate with integrity and tact when handling highly confidential information
