Due to business needs, they are currently looking for an Assistant Digital Marketing and CRM Manager to join and bring in new inspirations.about the team.Reporting to the department head, you will be responsible for overall mall digital marketing and CRM initiatives, including mall app. Working alongside with shopping mall marketing team, you will support digital marketing initiatives and CRM strategies for the company's shopping malls. The role will focus on enhancing customer experience, driving engagement and maximizing marketing effectiveness.

- Assist in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns to promote shopping malls and events.
- Manage and optimize social media accounts & mall app, ensuring timely content updates and audience engagement.
- Support the implementation of CRM strategies to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
- Analyze customer data and marketing performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create promotional materials and digital content.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives and provide recommendations for optimization.
- Assist in organizing and promoting mall events and activities through digital channels.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive.
skills & experiences required.
- Degree holder
- 5+ years of relevant experience in shopping mall or within a marketing agency context working with property developer clients
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media, email marketing, analytics)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in data analysis and interpreting marketing metrics
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to speak, read and write English and Chinese (Cantonese) is a must
