About the team.
As an Assistant Digital Marketing & CRM Manager, you will be reporting to the department head and working with the mall marketing team, you'll play a key role in shaping and executing digital marketing and CRM strategies, with a direct impact on enhancing customer experience and maximizing marketing effectiveness.
About the job.
- Develop, curate, and manage engaging content for the shopping mall's social media platforms, integrated with the mall application, to enhance brand presence and customer engagement.
- Develop and execute CRM strategies to drive customer loyalty and retention.
- Analyze campaign performance and generate comprehensive reports, providing actionable insights to optimize promotional strategies and maximize ROI.
- Collaborate effectively with internal departments, digital and creative agencies, and external vendors to ensure the seamless execution of integrated marketing initiatives.
Skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing/ CRM in shopping malls.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, with exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proactive, creative, and adaptable approach to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing.
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
