Our client is an international media agency known for its innovative approach and commitment to delivering exceptional results for clients across various sectors. They are seeking a (Assistant) Finance Manager to join their team.

Reporting to the Finance Director, you will be responsible to:

• Manage day-to-day financial operations, including but not limited to AP, AR, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Assist Sales team in pricing or decision making
• Assist Finance Director to conduct financial analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
• Monitor cash flow and manage financial risks.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Supervise and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Work closely with regional team and headquarters

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in a media or creative agency.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and analysis.
• Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Good commands in Chinese and English is required
