This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of both HR and administrative functions. You will be a key player in managing HR and administrative operations, ensuring compliance, and fostering a positive work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
- Oversee payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Lead employee relations, handling inquiries and fostering a positive work environment.
- Implement and develop HR policies and procedures.
- Manage daily office operations, including vendor management, procurement, and office supplies.
- Ensure compliance with Hong Kong employment laws and regulations and maintain accurate records.
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in HR and administration, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Fluency in Cantonese and English; Mandarin is an advantage.
