... Fee Expenses Payment Processing (30%)
- Gathers data and executes timely payment transactions for fees to third-party fund managers.
- Verifies invoice calculations for accuracy in payments to external fund managers.
- Processes vendor payments using Ariba software.
- Assists in generating Purchase Orders, ensuring adherence to internal compliance standards.
General Financial Reporting Processing (30%)
- Compiles schedules and reports for statutory and managerial purposes.
- Records accounting entries and maintains investment schedules.
- Supports regulatory reporting submissions to HKSFC and MPFA authorities.
Third Party Management Reporting (20%)
- Produces TPM reports and conducts yearly reviews for finance-related vendors.
- Aids AIMHK team members with TPM reporting and annual evaluations.
Admin and IT Support (20%)
- Provides daily administrative assistance across company operations.
- Facilitates IT support by submitting helpdesk tickets and tracking progress.
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance from a university/college, or a registered student of a recognized professional accounting body with partial exam completion, plus 5 years of relevant experience.
- Skilled in MS Office; prior experience with Ariba software is a bonus.
- Capable of managing tight deadlines and juggling multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proactive, meticulous, dependable, and thrives with minimal oversight.
- Strong communicator with the ability to engage effectively across all levels.
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese.
