The main responsibilities include:
- handling the full spectrum of company secretarial duties including Hong Kong, China, Singapore and other jurisdictions
- maintenance and administration of incorporations of companies
- preparation of interim/ annual reports
- drafting minutes, board resolutions and circularsskills
Company Secretary, Corporate Governance, Corporate Secretariat, Company Secretariatqualifications
- 5 years of company secretarial experience from notable professional services firms or companies
- Associate member of HKCGI or equivalent
- Strong command of Mandarin, Cantonese and Englisheducation
