Key responsibilities:
- Responsible for underwriting activities of the marine Hull and Cargo products
- Responsible for managing UW relationship with intermediaries and business partners in the area of underwriting service delivery, product development and innovation
- Implement strategies for continuous renewal preservation, operational efficiency, and compliance.
- Manage, mentor and develop the team to be production underwriters that will meet their performance objectives.
Key requirements:
- University Degree in any disciplines
- At least 5 years of experience in Marine underwriting
- Good command of both written and spoken in English and Chinese
- Good relationship/ interpersonal skills.
- Strong Leadership skills.
- Strong local market and industry knowledge with international experience.
