• assistant the HSE and quality team to develop, drive and implement HSE policies
• Increase awareness of workplace EHS importance and drive a long-term EHS-awareness culture throughout the Company
• To provide all EHS and environmental sustainability technical advice and guidance to head office as well as operation staffs (factories)
• Develop, implement, evaluate and refine the short and long term EHS objectives and work plan, and effectively work with respective managers at each site
• Conduct field inspection and audit to monitor plant safety standard on a regular basis
• Arrange and coordinate all necessary H&S training sessions for all staffs to enhance their awareness of group H&S standard and requirement and share with them on a regular basis on the safety precaution and prevention measures
• Report all incidents and high potential near misses in a timely manner according to company policy and report to head office with incident investigation and follow-up reports
• Liaise with external parties including local government authorities and other stakeholders

Requirements:

• 5-10 years of relevant experience in Health, Safety, and Environment
• Registered Safety Officer certification
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of in-house stakeholders, including headquarters, operations, and front line staffs
• Strong leadership skills and ability to work well in a team
• Proactive and self-motivated
