Role Overview:
The primary objective of this role is to deliver exceptional training support to the sales channels. The ideal incumbent will proactively identify training needs/ gaps, design and enhance training programs, and collaborate with various stakeholders to foster a culture of continuous learning.

... - Provide extraordinary training and supporting resources to sales channels, ensuring relevance and quality.
- Proactively assess and analyze market needs and the specific painpoints of sales teams.
- Collaborate with the management to design, drive and revamp training initiatives aligned with channel requirements and/or business goal.
- Assist in monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.
- Ensure all training initiatives are structured with clear learning objectives, defined content, appropriate instructional methods, and well-sequenced activities.
- Liaise with sales representatives to promote ongoing development and a learning-oriented culture.
- To assist the team head to provide training reports for business and strategic decisions
- Draft training reports that inform business and strategic decisions.
- Provide on-the-job training and coaching for frontline staff members.
- Collaborate with other teams and cross-functional partners to enhance communication and develop effective training solutions.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Preferred qualifications include FLMI, IIQE, and/or other relevant insurance certifications will be a huge advantage.
- 3+ years of experience in agency management, agency training, or sales management within the banking or life insurance industry is expected. Less experience will strong track record in sales will also be considered.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in presentation and course facilitation.
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Fluency in Mandarin will be a great advantage and highky preferred. IANG will also be considered.
