As an Assistant Merchandising Manager, you will be responsible for
- Oversee merchandising activities for artificial flower home decoration items.
- Collaborate with the buying department at headquarters to identify suitable vendors based on buying briefs.
- Manage the end-to-end sourcing process, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, quality control, and shipment arrangements.
- Mentor junior team members and provide guidance to complete daily tasks.
- Stay informed about the latest trends in the artificial flower industry and monitor competitor activities.
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Merchandising, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in merchandising, preferably in the retail industry with an solid experience in sourcing article flower
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
