About the Company

Our client is a reputable and sizable MNC with a large landbank in Hong Kong. They develop, own and operate multiple properties in Hong Kong. To cope with current business expansion, they have a new position calling for E&M talents to join and look after their major capital and asset enhancement projects.

About the Job

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing internal building services design work for their new development and asset enhancement projects. You will be coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, managing consultants and contractors across all project phases. Your tasks will include but not limited to tendering, design engagement, project supervision for a smooth project delivery.

About the Requirement

Degree holder in Building Services, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in building services design and project management; candidates with work experience in client side or consultancies are preferred
Excellent communication skills with good problem solving techniques
Good written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
Immediately available is highly desirable
