- Establish and maintain strong stakeholder communication while meticulously tracking tasks and timelines
- Leverage Agile methodology and project management tools to maximize efficiency
- Partner with IT teams to seamlessly integrate new systems into cloud environments
- Oversee the POC and deployment phases through thorough evaluation and testing
- Architect and execute change management strategies, actively engaging stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition
- Implement comprehensive training and communication plans to promote understanding of the new systems
- Streamline processes and implement performance metrics through process mapping and collaboration
- Bachelor's degree in data science, data analytics, computer science, business administration, or a related discipline
- At least 3 years of applicable experience in project or change management
- Experience in the insurance sector is a plus
- Preferably familiarity with project management tools and cloud platforms
- Strong communication abilities, with fluency in English and Cantonese
