As a Assistant QA Manager, you will be responsible for
- Overseeing quality assurance processes for hardline products, ensuring compliance with company standards across all stages of production
- Conducting detailed inspections and audits of hardline goods, identifying defects and ensuring consistency in supplier deliverables
- Collaborating with suppliers and internal teams to develop corrective action plans, improving product quality and reliability
- Analyzing quality data and generating reports to inform leadership on performance trends and areas for improvement
- Training and guiding team members on quality control procedures, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability
- Managing documentation and certification requirements, ensuring hardline products meet regulatory and company-specific safety standards
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in quality assurance, preferably with hardline products
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and supervisory skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication and team leadership abilities
- Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
