Support Daily Operations: Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth functioning and exceptional guest experiences.

Guest Relations: Greet guests, address inquiries, and resolve complaints promptly to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Menu Knowledge: Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu, including food and beverage offerings, to assist guests effectively and make recommendations.
Inventory Management: Oversee inventory control, including ordering supplies and conducting regular stock checks to minimize waste and ensure availability.
Event Coordination: Help plan and coordinate special events, private parties, and catering services to enhance the restaurant's offerings.
Collaboration with Management: Work closely with the Restaurant Manager and other departments to implement policies, procedures, and improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

skills & experiences required.

Fluent in Mandarin and English is a MUST
3+ years of experience in the fine dining, private clubs and/or hotel sector as a receptionist
Candidates with less experience will be considered as a Senior Receptionist
Knowledge of Sevenroom booking system is a MUST
Detail minded, passionate, ability to work independently with strong problem solving skills
