- You will be reporting directly to Trade Marketing Manager
- Develop shopping marketing strategies, convert brand missions and commercial objectives to go-to-market plans for various channels and execute BTL activities
- Organize in-store sampling activities, managing contracts, budgets, and promoters, and conducting post-evaluations.
- Create and plan trade promotional materials that are in line with brand strategies.
- Identify customer and shopper insights and translate them into business-building opportunities within specific customers and channels.
- Collaborate with the Brand and Sales teams to ensure effective execution of pricing, promotions, and category management.
- Conduct market research and analyze data to identify competitor and consumer trends, providing actionable insights.
skills & experiences required.
- Degree holder with 2+ years of experience in trade marketing preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Experience dealing with Nielson data, data-driven with strong analytical skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Good team player, mature and presentable
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Assistant Trade Marketing Manager position.
