Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for conducting underwriting for Group Life and Group Medical coverage
Oversee daily operations to optimize the medical underwriting workflow and collaborate with different departments to address operational issues, enhancing turnaround time and accuracy.
Review and update the Employee Benefits Underwriting manual for Group Life and Group Medical, and periodically maintain the authority framework in line with Group Standards.

University graduate or equivalent
At least 5 years experiences in medical underwriting
