You will be responsible for managing and supporting the legal team on all commercial legal matters across the region. You will also be responsible for drafting, reviewing and negotiating high-level commercial agreements across procurement, technology, employment, marketing, terms & conditions, distribution channels and agency etc. As a senior member of the business you will also provide the business and senior stakeholders with legal advice taking into account commercial risks and strategies
skills & experiences required.
- At least 15 years' PQE with Hong Kong or Common Law qualification with at least 5 years managing a sizeable legal team
- Experience gained at leading law firms and in-house corporates
- Fluency in English is required with other Asian languages beneficial
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills being able to work in a matrix organisation
