about the team.This is a store-based position that you will work on roster-base. Working closely with the Store Manager and Retail Manager, you will be in charge of creating the best customer experience as well as to educate the community of health living and clean beauty.

• Act as a brand ambassador, effectively promoting the brand's concept and message to the community
• Educate customers on clean beauty and healthy living practices
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive engagement and exceptional service
• Assist in merchandising and maintaining an inviting store environment
• Participate in community events and promotions to enhance brand visibility
• Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends to management
• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry developments to educate customers accurately

skills & experiences required.

• Relevant experience in retail sales/customer service is preferred
• Passion for natural and organic beauty products, advocate for healthy living
• Proficient in Cantonese and English is required, additional language such as Mandarin will have advantage
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
