Role Overview
As an admin officer, you will ensure an exceptional customer experience for our customers, which are brokers and group secretaries by swiftly and accurately carrying out comprehensive application handling services and answering enquiries via hotline, emails and/or livechat.
Job Description
- Handle the onboarding process of each application.
- Keep all activities recorded accurately in the relevant systems and processes.
- Be familiar with all business rules/requirements in case handling and ensure procedures are in alignment with company guidelines and compliance.
- Obtain all missing information for forms that come into the team directly from the customer/broker/group by telephone/emails.
- Manage enquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner by offering appropriate solutions.
- Support Broker Service Team in any ad-hoc tasks such as Policy Changes, or support to cover Broker Service call queue on intermittently basis.
- Comply with all regulatory and governance requirements such as Know Your Customer (KYC).
Requirement
- Higher Diploma or above. Education below will also be considered given relevant past experience with brokerage application and enquiries handling.
- Minimum of 1 year previous experience in enrolment/application services with brokerage clients, along with enquiries management experience via hotline and emails.
- Holder of the qualification IIQE I &II will be highly preferred but not a must.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese and English. Fluency in Mandarin will be an advantage.
- Customer-oriented mindset and highly attentive to details.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication skills along with strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
