My client is a well-established company, and they are looking for an IT Business Analyst with knowledge of ERP systems and the business workflow of supply chain/logistics industries.
about the job.
- Participated in the analysis of business requirements to translate them into system specifications and documentation
- Collaborate with business stakeholders from both the IT team (HK & Offshore Team) and back offices to understand their needs
- Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for improvement and recommend process enhancements
- Work closely with the project management team and be involved in the end-to-end system implementation and integration
- Involve in project management and assign tasks, manage budget & timeline control, and deal with external vendors
- Plan, manage, and conduct UAT, reporting and advisories to the end users
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline
- 3+ years of relevant experience in business analysis or project management in the technology/digital transformation field with experience on ERP/CRM systems or other digital projects; as well as a background in shipping/logistics/supply chain and knowledge of the business workflow of those industries is a must
- Proficiency in spoken Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
- Solid experience in collaborating with onshore/offshore teams and 3rd party vendors
- Solid experience in gathering user requirements, including elicitation, reporting, analysis, validation, and formalization of requirements to create specification documentation
- Strong communication skills and a business mindset, capable of managing stakeholder relationships and effectively translating technical ideas
