About the Company

Our client is a reputable international property group with property portfolios across overseas market. They develop, own and operate iconic residential projects. With hiring expansion, they are now inviting the Sales Manager to join their team.

About the job

• Assist in the formulation and implementation of sales and marketing strategies for company’s residential projects
• Building and maintaining relationships with with property agents, advertising agencies and relevant business parties
• Handle clients enquiries or requests, and provide after sales services
• Identifying new leads, building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
• Ad hoc duties as assigned by the Company

What you'll ideally have

• Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate or related disciplines
• 3 years relevant experience in property sales, hospitality, luxury or related industry
• Experience in Luxury residential projects is preferred
• Proactive and customer-oriented
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly proficient in written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
