As a Cargo Operations Officer (Airline), you will
-Coordinate and oversee the loading and unloading of cargo from aircraft.
-Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
-Communicate with airline staff, ground handling agents, and other stakeholders to coordinate cargo operations.
-Monitor cargo inventory and ensure accurate tracking of shipments.
-Handle documentation and paperwork related to cargo operations.
-Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to cargo handling.
-Maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction throughout the cargo handling process.
-Collaborate with other departments to optimise cargo operations and improve efficiency.

-Min 2 years of experience in cargo operations.
-Strong understanding of cargo handling procedures and regulations.
-Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
-Willingness to work in shifts.
-Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
