about the job.- Design and execute sales strategies aligned with the GTBD’s marketing plan to meet profit and KPI targets.
- Lead business development for large corporates in Hong Kong and cross-border markets.
- Strengthen client relationships through proactive collaboration with corporate coverage teams and internal stakeholders.
- Mentor and manage the sales team, ensuring high performance and knowledge sharing on regional/cross-border deals.
- Enhance client experience and service delivery standards.
skills & experiences required.- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Business, or related fields.
- 10+ years of transaction/corporate banking experience, with expertise in cash management and liquidity solutions.
