Chief Financial Officer - FMCG

Our client is a reputable company with a business expansion plan. They are seeking for an experienced CFO to join their executive team and lead the financial strategy for their consumer goods business.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and business objectives
Oversee all financial activities including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, ensuring accurate and timely financial information
Monitor cash flow, financial performance, and key financial metrics
Collaborate with other executives to drive business decisions and strategic initiatives
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Minimum 15 years working experience is required
Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior finance role within the consumer goods industry/ candidate from high transaction volume type of servicing industry also will be considered
Hands on and willing to roll up the sleeves in a smaller finance team size setting
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
Strategic thinker with a track record of driving financial performance and growth
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good written and spoken English and Chinese are required
