Chief Financial Officer
My client is a dynamic property investment company, they are seeking a seasoned Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their executive team. This role presents a unique opportunity for a finance professional with a strong financial services background to make a significant impact in a dynamic and growing industry.
Role Overview:
As the CFO, you will lead our financial operations, provide strategic financial guidance to the senior management, and oversee all aspects of financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and optimize capital structure.
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Manage financial reporting and analysis to provide insights for decision-making.
- Work together with the investment team to evaluate investment opportunities, conduct due diligence, and assess financial risks.
- Monitor and analyze capital markets to identify trends and opportunities
- Stay abreast of regulatory changes and market developments that may impact the company's financial operations.
- Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders including but not limited to auditors, investors and subsidiaries
- Optimize working capital and cash management efficiency
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum 20 years of experience in related field with at least 8 years in the head of finance role
- Candidates with experience working as Finance and Accounting roles within the investment banking/ private equity/ asset management or financial services industry are preferred.
- Excellent analytical skills with a strategic mindset.
- Effective communicator with the ability to influence and drive change.
