Our client is currently seeking a qualified and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join a private organization. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in finance, with expertise in audit, accounting, capital markets, treasury operations, corporate finance, investor relations, team leadership, and international exposure.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all financial aspects of the organization, including financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.
Work closely with external parties such as bankers, lawyers, professional firms , Big 4
Structure public and private acquisitions, liaise with banks and funding parties, and manage legal advisors in contract drafting.
Lead treasury operations, including managing a team overseeing cash, public market equity, and debt products, and hedging forex exposure across multiple jurisdictions.
Handle corporate finance activities, including Investor Relations responsibilities and the development of marketing pitches.

Qualifications:

Minimum 15 years+ experience with solid working experience as CFO experience to drive financial strategies, with a background in accounting and investment banking.
Strong knowledge of audit, accounting, capital markets, and treasury operations.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Ability to develop and execute financial strategies to ensure organizational growth.
Experience in high-volume trading and underwriting is advantageous.
Preferred international exposure to diverse financial environments.
Good commands in Chinese and English is essential
