As the CFO, you will play a pivotal role in driving the financial success of the organization. You will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company, providing strategic guidance to senior management, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This is a key leadership position that requires a deep understanding of the medical device industry and the ability to navigate the unique challenges and opportunities within the Greater China market.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive capital markets strategy, including identifying and pursuing strategic partnerships, fund raising and potential IPO
• Develop and implement financial strategies and plans aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making processes for senior management.
• Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities.
• Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Evaluate investment opportunities, assess risks, and recommend appropriate financial strategies.
• Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize working capital management and cash flow.
• Lead financial due diligence for potential mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships.
• Manage relationships with external auditors, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or CPA qualification is highly desirable.
• Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role within the medical device industry is a MUST.
• Candidate from capital market background with strong connection is preferred
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing financial strategies to drive business growth.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Exceptional leadership and team management abilities, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin is required.
