The position reports to the Operations Manager and will be primarily responsible for handling post-sales enquiries and complaints and driving continuous improvements of customer experience.
Our reputable client is a prestigious international financial institution providing wealth management solutions to clients around the globe. They are currently looking for a high-caliber candidate who has strong experience in customer service to join their team in Hong Kong.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner to achieve service excellence via calls, emails and face-to-face conversations.
- Support post-sales handling procedures with internal departments regarding insurance policies.
- Perform clerical tasks and other duties as assigned by the Manager.
Requirements:
- High Diploma or above. Degree holder will be an advantage.
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience in customer service.
- Excellent fluency and communication skills in English and Putonghua.
- Previous exposure with the insurance industry or holder of IIQE qualifications will be a PLUS.
