about the job
- Serves as the main contact for client enquiries with internal and external parties
- Effectively address client inquiries related to products, performance, market issues, operational matters, legal amendments etc
- Maintains regular communication with clients and internal teams to meet or exceed client expectations
- Coordinate and oversee client servicing and prospecting materials, including presentations, RFIs/RFPs, due diligence questionnaires
- Oversee the new account onboarding process, coordinating legal, portfolio management, and operational items with relevant internal departments
- Ensure each stage of the client relationship lifecycle progresses smoothly
skills & experiences required
- University degree in finance, business, economics or other related subjects
- 3 years of experience in client relations, preferably in a buy-side environment
- Excellent communication skills, presentable and confident
- Self motivated and good organisation skills
- Able to work in tight deadlines and under pressure
- Preferred languages: English, Cantonese, Mandarin
