- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives;
- Develop cross-regional business relationships as the key commercial contact point.
- Responsible for regional cross-selling and up selling opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with laboratories, institutional and hospital clients;
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide customer support and resolve issues;
- Provide feedback to product development teams to improve product design and functionality;
- Oversee the development of marketing materials and product launch plans;
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably from Life Sciences-related major
- 10+ years sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry, prescription medicine;
- Experience in overseas sales activities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
