Our client company is an industry market leader in the construction industry across Hong Kong and Greater China region. With continuous growth in HK project team, they are looking for a Commercial Manager (E&M) in Hong Kong division.

About the Role

With newly awarded project, directly reporting to divisional head, you will be leading a team of professional QS to look after pre and post contract administration and management for mid-large scale building infrastrucutre projects mainly in Hong Kong. You will also work and liaise closely with internal and external parties, including consultancies & contractors throughout the project management cycle.

About the Requirement

15 years of relevant experiences, preferably with reputable and sizable main contractors in Hong Kong
Track record in managing mid-large scale civil and building infrastructure projects in Hong Kong, with solid experiences managing MEP works and contracts
Good leadership skills with proven record leading a sizable team
Qualified holder of MHKIS/ MRICS is highly preferred
Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with different stakeholders
Good command in both English and Chinese
Degree holder in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent)
