The main duties of the company secretarial assistant is:
- to perform full spectrum of our company secretarial works
- change of shareholders, filings to Companies Registry and preparation of minutes
- to maintain statutory filings
- providing administrative support
- performing ad hoc duties as requiredskills
Company secretaryqualifications
- Diploma or higher in education
- 1+ years of company secretarial experience from corporate service firms, renowned conglomerates or law firms
- preference for student member of HKCGIeducation
Associate Degree/Diploma
