- handle the full range of company secretarial duties for private companies in Hong Kong and offshore jurisdictions
- ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including the Companies Ordinance
- provide advice on corporate governance and compliance
- manage a small team to handle company secretarial mattersskills
Company Secretarial Managerqualifications
- 8+ years of Company Secretarial experience, preferably from law firms or notable professional services firm
- member of HKCGI or equivalent
- management exp. is strong preferrededucation
