key responsibilities
The main responsibilities will be:
- preparing and organizing board meetings for the listed entities including drafting of minutes and resolutions
- liaising with internal and external stakeholders on company secretarial matters
- maintenance of internal policies and guideline for the Company in accordance with statutory requirements, Listing Rules and Companies Ordinance
- performing ad hoc duties as requiredskills
Company Secretary Managerqualifications
- 8 to 10 years of company secretarial experience in financial institutions or well recognized companies
- min. of 5 years of listed company secretarial experience
- member of HKCGIeducation
