Requirements:
• Bachelor degree or above.
• 4 years of relevant working experience in complaint handling, regulatory affairs, or a related field in banking.
• Proficient in communicating in written and spoken Chinese and English.
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and complaint handling processes.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle complex cases with professionalism.
